Exchange Online Tenant Outbound Email Limits
Daily limits for external messages

Authentication methods migration wizard
Let’s you automatically migrate methods from Legacy MFA and SSPR polices to converged auth methods policy
Legacy method will be retired in September 2025.
Wizard configured the auth methods based on what you have for MFA and SSPR as opposed to do this manually previously.
Legacy registration – users had to register for both SSPR and MFA separately.

QR Code Sign in – Public Preview
Ideal for frontline users (not recommended for Info users)
Printed QR code (possibly attached to the name badge) and a temp PIN provided to each user which needs to change at the sign-in bound to the QR only.

Connect with Conditional Access Policies
Change the way of signing in out of corp network
Replacing the QR codes when they are lost or stolen
